Can be found in Shieldhand Clan. As the dwarves here are a bit racist, carrying this was a prerequisite for non-dwarves in the area. This has later changed and any non-human speaking dwarvish can get in by getting a stone ring at the first group of guards. Humans will still need someone to get a small emerald for them, however.
When you have entered through the door, go 2e, n then say berserker in dwarvish or whatever, then answer questions yes yes true yes
